Recovery Run
This one truly falls under the definition of a fun run! The last thing you want to have happen after a marathon (or half) is to rush back into training mode. Here’s the perfect opportunity to work out the kinks and any remaining lactic acid by jogging one to three miles through Spokane’s beautiful riverfront park, followed by a sumptuous brunch courtesy of O’Doherty’s Irish Grille all under the congenial auspices of the Flying Irish Running Club.
There will be at least three (and possibly even continuous) starts at yesterday’s finish line. To be honest, this event is still under construction. But what is certain is that it will be an enjoyable event.
Discounted entries are limited to Marathon and Half Marathon participants and “shirted” members of the Flying Irish Running Club.
